WeMudPpl—a Community of Testimony—is about building community through challenging and encouraging conversations, online and IRL.

Every day choices have to be made, and with every choice there is a level of comfort and a level of difficulty. There is no getting around it. One choice may be an easier journey with a lackluster destination, while the next option may have a tough journey with a destination that is beyond your best dreams. Sacrifice is always going to be in the equation, and it's up to you to PICK ONE.

Yahawasha ("Jesus" in paleo-Hebrew) chose to do the hard things which will yield far greater results. One of these results is our eternal lives and peace in the new earth! But at what expense? What pain? What anguish?

Hebrews 12:2
Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of Yah.

For Yahawasha, it was all worth it for even the possibility of each of us to be made whole and reunited with the Father. That Christ chose the hard road speaks volumes to our importance to Him and His care for us.

For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds. Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin... My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him...

I don't about you, I've come to truly know how real the spiritual realm is. Demons be out here doing the most, and it is in the best interest of every one of Yah's children to stand on guard, because TRUST, THEY'RE COMING FOR YOU! But no need to fear, Abba Yah is here! He is the true super hero, for real. And through the blood of Christ, we, too, have strength and might to overcome the fiery arrows of the enemy.

Remember...
"Submit yourself to Yah. Resist the devil and he will flee from you." (James 4:7)

And never think you can fight evil in your own human strength because "...we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Therefore, take up the whole armor of Yah, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace. In all circumstances take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one; and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of Yah, praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end, keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints..." (Ephesians 6:12)

I think a lot of us feel like we're behind in one area or another in our lives, but you know what? Yah is an on-time God, period. He has your life in His hands—so trust Him. Take a second to remember what He's already done for you.

One of my all-time favorite quotes is, "We have nothing to fear but that we forget what our God has done in the past ..." (paraphrase of a quote originally stated by E G White)

Yah is more than faithful and orders the steps of the righteous. Psalm 37:23-24 says, "The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delights in his way. [24] Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the LORD upholds him with His hand."

Remember, Ecclesiastes 3:11 says "He (Yah) has made everything beautiful in its time. Also, He has put eternity into man's heart, yet so that he cannot find out what Yah has done from the beginning to the end."

So, hang in there. Yah has not forgotten you. He is working on your situation. Just be sure to remain faithful, and do your part. Cuz faith without works is what?!... DEAD 😵

"So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead." James 2:17
